(RTTNews) - On Friday, Avolon Holdings Ltd. has agreed a sale and leaseback transaction with Akasa Air, India's fastest-growing airline, for up to seven Boeing 737-8200 aircraft. The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

The deal further strengthens Avolon's partnership with Akasa, supporting its fleet expansion and network growth in India's rapidly growing aviation market.
